I pinned this recipe for Strawberry Lemonade Bars on Pinterest a long time ago, and finally made it a few weeks ago when I helped make dinner for my small group again. They were a tad bit tart for my liking. The recipe called for 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, and if I make them again I’ll probably only use 3/4 a cup. But other than that, they’re a good summer time dessert.. Smell like summer and actually have a cooling effect in your mouth ,, and the pink color makes them good for showers and girly parties 🙂
